Winter Stretch
Keep limber during the winter months with an 8-week deep stretch class series. Theming will utilize seasonal inspiration from nature to incorporate presence and stillness in the body and the mind. Classes are slower-paced, with only a few poses held as static stretches. Each pose is held for several minutes to achieve deep stretching for range of motion increases. Pose variations are provided for all levels.
What you get:
- Eight 1-hour weekly yoga classes
- Flexibility gains through time under passive tension
- Pose variations offered to accommodate all levels
- Breath technique to increase flexibility gains
- Props provided, including chairs (you only need to bring your mat)
- Each week, 10-15 minutes of exercises provided as daily homework
