Seven Week Stretch
A 7-week journey through the chakras to improve flexibility, mobility, and basic range of motion. Each week, poses and theming related to one of the seven chakras will be covered. The classes are slower-paced, with only a few poses held as static stretches. Each pose is held for several minutes to achieve deep stretching for range of motion increases. Pose variations are provided for all levels. Each week, at-home exercises are provided to accelerate mobility gains.
What you get:
- Seven 1-hour weekly yoga classes
- Knowledge of the 7 chakras, or energy centers of the body
- Flexibility gains through time under passive tension
- Pose variations offered to accommodate all levels
- Breath technique to increase flexibility gains
- Props provided, including chairs (you only need to bring your mat)
- Each week, 10-15 minutes of exercises provided as daily homework
