This yoga retreat will take place Sept. 1 - Sept. 4 at a historic home in the heart of Hot Springs, Arkansas. The focus of the retreat will be on accessing and grounding chi (life force), establishing energetic boundaries (including shamanic energy cord resetting and energy field protection), and nervous system management (understanding cues of the body to energy field influences and tools to maintain personal energy field balance and command). If you are someone who is easily overstimulated in crowds and/or who picks up on the emotions of others even when they are not present, this is the retreat for you. Learn how to use and access your gifts while maintaining personal energetic protection.

Hot Springs National Park is renowned for its hot spring waters, which area Native American tribes referred to as healing waters. These hot mineral springs can be experienced in the downtown area at bath houses, the local promenade, Arlington Lawn park, or the Mountain Valley Spring Water bottling facility headquarters.
