Chakra Meditation Series
A 7-week online (live) class series to learn about the seven chakras while undertaking a meditative healing journey. Each class will include information related to one of the seven chakras, or energy centers of the body, along with a guided meditation oriented towards healing and balancing the associated chakra. Each week, be equipped with tools to utilize outside the class to aid in balancing the corresponding chakra for the week.
What you get:
- Seven 1-hour weekly online (live) discussion and meditation classes
