It is important that you listen to your body and take what feels good for you. By participating in courses, content, or classes, you certify that you understand yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult with a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga. You recognize that it is your responsibility to notify your teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class, and you take full responsibility for undertaking any yoga practice at all times. You certify you will not perform any postures or practices to the extent of strain or pain. You accept that neither the instructor, nor the studio, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from taking the class or participating in courses or events.

Contra-indications for breathing practices include but are not limited to pregnancy, glaucoma, and high blood pressure. By participating in breathing practices or courses, you certify that you are medically capable of undertaking the practice. At no time should breathing practices be engaged in while driving, operating machinery, or while in or near water, including bath or shallow water.

Non-yoga services provided are in no way associated with yoga offerings or with the yoga range of services. You certify that you acknowledge this differentiation and that you accept any and all medical liability for your participation. You accept that the practitioner, nor the company, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from services provided.
